Cost dashboard and reports

Updated 2026-04-303 min read

View fleet-wide costs, driver risk scores, vehicle history, and export data as CSV.

Overview

The Reports & Costs section gives Owners a consolidated view of all fleet expenses — repair costs, incident frequency, vehicle utilisation, and driver performance scores. For the full owner-manual treatment, see Reports, Costs & Analytics.

Cost dashboard

Navigate to Reports from the sidebar to see:

  • Total fleet cost for the selected period (week, month, quarter, custom range)
  • Cost breakdown by category: repairs, fuel, insurance, other
  • Per-vehicle cost comparison chart
  • Trend line showing cost over time
TIP

Use the date range picker in the top-right to compare costs month-over-month and spot trends early.

Driver risk scores

Fleet calculates a risk score for each driver based on incident frequency, inspection compliance, and shift punctuality. Higher scores indicate more reliable drivers. View these under Reports > Driver Performance.

Export data

Click Export CSV on any report view to download the underlying data. The CSV includes all columns visible in the table, formatted for Excel or Google Sheets.

Subscription billing

Your subscription details and invoices are available under Billing (accessible from the sidebar or Settings > Billing). From here you can update your payment method, view past invoices, and change your plan.

Making reports work for you

  • Set a monthly reporting rhythm. Export the cost report on the 1st of each month. Compare against the previous month to catch trends early. A 10% cost increase caught in month one is manageable; caught in month six, it's a budget problem.
  • Use risk scores in 1:1 conversations. Instead of vague feedback, show drivers their score and the specific factors driving it. Data-driven conversations build trust and lead to genuine improvement.
  • Bring the cost dashboard to insurance renewals. A fleet that can show declining incident rates, prompt response times, and thorough maintenance records is a fleet that deserves a better premium.
  • Don't ignore the per-vehicle view. One high-cost vehicle can skew your entire fleet average. Identify it, investigate why (age, driver, route, maintenance gaps), and decide whether to repair, rotate, or replace.
