What you'll receive
When an Owner adds you to their Fleet organization, you'll receive an email from no-reply@fleet.elevera.app with the subject line "You've been invited to [Organization Name] on Fleet". Owners typically send these from the Manage Users screen.
The email contains a single button: Accept invitation.
Accept the invitation
- Open your email client and find the Fleet invitation. Check spam if you don't see it within a few minutes.
- Click Accept invitation. This opens your browser to the Fleet sign-in page.
- If the link has expired (invitations are valid for 7 days), ask the Owner to resend from Settings → People → ⋯ → Resend invite.
TIP
If you're on a phone, the same link works in your mobile browser — but the web dashboard is designed for desktop. Drivers should install the Fleet Go app instead.
What happens next
