How to reach the Profile tab
There is no separate Settings menu. Fleet Go's settings live on the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar (the silhouette icon). Tap it to open your profile screen.
What you can do on the Profile tab
Change your profile picture
- Tap your avatar (or the camera badge on it).
- Pick Take Photo to use the camera, or Choose From Gallery to pick an existing image.
- If you already have a photo, you'll also see Remove Photo as an option.
The photo uploads to your account and shows up next to your name on the dispatcher side too.
Switch language
Fleet Go ships with ten supported languages today: English, German (Deutsch), Ukrainian (Українська), Russian (Русский), Romanian (Română), Italian (Italiano), Spanish (Español), Hungarian (Magyar), Albanian (Shqip), and Arabic (العربية).
- Tap the Language row on the Profile tab.
- A bottom sheet shows every supported language. Tap the one you want.
- The whole app re-renders in the new language immediately. Your choice is remembered the next time you open Fleet Go.
Sign out
The red Sign Out button at the bottom signs you out and returns you to the login screen. You'll be asked to confirm before the sign-out goes through.
What you'll see, but can't edit, in the app
The Profile tab also shows your Phone and Role (DRIVER) as read-only rows. To change those values, contact your owner or dispatcher — they edit them from the web dashboard.
What's not in the app
So you don't go looking:
- No notification preferences inside Fleet Go. All push notifications are controlled by your phone's system settings under Settings → Fleet Go → Notifications. If you stop getting notifications, check there first.
- No "Reset App Data" option. If something is genuinely stuck, sign out, force-close the app, reopen it, and sign back in. For deeper issues, see Troubleshooting & FAQ.
- No password change inside the app. Password resets happen on the web side; ask your dispatcher or owner.
- No App Version / About screen. When reporting a bug, look up the version on your phone's app info screen.
Recommendations
- Keep your phone's notifications enabled for Fleet Go — especially shift reminders. A missed shift can cascade into delayed deliveries and your dispatcher having to scramble.
- Set your language once and leave it. Switching mid-shift doesn't affect your data, but the labels you're used to will all change at once.
- Update the read-only fields via the web. If your phone number changes, ask the dispatcher to update it on the web dashboard so they can still reach you in emergencies.
- Sign out and back in if a small glitch is bothering you. It's the closest thing Fleet Go has to a hard reset.
For anything bigger, see the full Troubleshooting & FAQ, or come back to Install Fleet Go and sign in to start fresh.
