What are modules?
Modules are switchable feature sets on your Fleet subscription. They control what appears in the left navigation rail and what capabilities your team can use.
Available modules
Navigate to Settings → Modules to see all available modules and their current status.
| Module | What it does | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Analytics | Fleet health dashboard, incident charts, driver risk scores | Pro |
| Incident timeline | Visual timeline of every status change on an incident | Pro |
| Fleet maintenance | Maintenance scheduling and tracking | Pro |
| Maintenance log | Detailed maintenance history per vehicle | Pro |
| Vendor workflow | Assign repair vendors, track quotes and invoices | Enterprise |
| Cost analytics | Cost dashboard, vehicle costs, monthly trends | Enterprise |
| Claims pack | AI-generated insurance claim PDFs | Enterprise |
| AI assistant | AI-powered email and letter generation for incidents | Enterprise |
| AI photo analysis | Automatic damage detection from inspection photos | Enterprise |
| Audit mode | Immutable audit trail visible to auditor role | Enterprise |
NOTE
Enabling a module doesn't retroactively process old data. For example, turning on AI photo analysis won't re-scan photos from before the module was enabled.
Toggle a module
- Go to Settings → Modules.
- Click the toggle next to the module you want to enable or disable.
- Changes take effect immediately. The nav rail updates to show or hide the relevant sections.
HEADS UP
If a module requires a higher plan than your current subscription, you'll see an upgrade prompt. Click it to go to the billing page.
