Module subscriptions: turn things on

Updated 2026-04-296 min read

Fleet's features are organized into modules you can enable or disable. Here's what each one does and which plan includes it.

What are modules?

Modules are switchable feature sets on your Fleet subscription. They control what appears in the left navigation rail and what capabilities your team can use.

Available modules

Navigate to Settings → Modules to see all available modules and their current status.

ModuleWhat it doesPlan
AnalyticsFleet health dashboard, incident charts, driver risk scoresPro
Incident timelineVisual timeline of every status change on an incidentPro
Fleet maintenanceMaintenance scheduling and trackingPro
Maintenance logDetailed maintenance history per vehiclePro

AI photo analysisAutomatic damage detection from inspection photosEnterprise
Audit modeImmutable audit trail visible to auditor roleEnterprise
NOTE

Enabling a module doesn't retroactively process old data. For example, turning on AI photo analysis won't re-scan photos from before the module was enabled.

Toggle a module

  1. Go to Settings → Modules.
  2. Click the toggle next to the module you want to enable or disable.
  3. Changes take effect immediately. The nav rail updates to show or hide the relevant sections.
HEADS UP

If a module requires a higher plan than your current subscription, you'll see an upgrade prompt. Click it to go to the billing page.
