Frequently asked questions

Does AI make the final damage decision?

No. AI prioritizes and explains suspicious changes. Dispatchers retain the review and operational decision.

Are image counts the same as unique photographs?

Not always. An image can be processed again during reanalysis, so analysis inputs are reported separately from stored inspection photos.

Can AI review be disabled?

Yes. Availability and opt-in are controlled separately so an eligible organization decides when analysis runs.

Where does the obligation to check driving licences come from?

It follows from the vehicle operator's responsibility and the accident-prevention rules that apply to you. You set the interval together with your employers' liability insurance association and your insurer. Fleet reminds you of the interval you set and holds the evidence that each check happened.
