Fleet by Elevera did not begin as a startup idea. It began with a real operational problem. Aslan Talat, owner of Aslan Kurierdienste, was facing the same issue that many Amazon DSP operators quietly deal with every single day — vehicle damages, missing accountability, weak documentation, and operational chaos that slowly drains profit from the fleet.

Damages appeared without a clear timeline. Photos were scattered across phones and WhatsApp chats. Dispatchers spent hours reconstructing incidents. Insurance claims lacked evidence. By the time the full picture was clear, the company had already absorbed the cost. The deeper we looked, the more obvious it became — DSP operators were running demanding logistics with disconnected tools that were never designed for the reality of fleet management. That's when everything started.

Fleet by Elevera was created through the collaboration between Aslan Talat, Theo Šišić, Nedim Aganović, Petar Markota, and Elevera Studio. From the beginning, this was never about building generic fleet software — it was about solving the real operational pain points that DSP owners, dispatchers, and drivers experience every day.

Theo brought the fleet management perspective from daily operations. Aslan brought the owner's view — understanding how unresolved damages, weak processes, and poor visibility directly affect profitability. Petar focused on engineering scalable systems and product architecture. Nedim translated operational problems into product direction, workflows, branding, and user experience. We watched dispatchers review damages, followed driver routines, and learned where accountability disappears between shifts.

While solving these problems for one DSP, we realised something much bigger. Almost every DSP faces the same operational gaps: damages discovered too late, inspections skipped or rushed, poor evidence trails, fragmented communication, expensive insurance disputes, and a lack of visibility between drivers, dispatchers, and owners.

Most operators simply learned to live with it — because existing tools were either too generic, too complicated, or not built around DSP workflows at all.

That realisation changed the direction of everything. What started as an internal operational solution evolved into a much larger mission: to help DSP operators worldwide regain control over fleet damages, accountability, inspections, and operational visibility.
