How does billing work?+

You pick a plan (Starter, Pro or Enterprise) and a fleet-size band (up to 10, 25 or 50 vehicles). The price you see is for that band. Billing happens monthly or yearly, charged automatically through Stripe.

Can I switch plans later?+

Yes — owners can change plan or fleet band any time from the in-app billing page. Upgrades are prorated and charged immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

How does the annual discount work?+

Switch the toggle to Annual and you pay 12 months upfront for the price of about 10.2 months — a flat 15% off the monthly rate. You can switch between monthly and annual any time.

What happens if I go over my vehicle limit?+

We don't shut things off. The owner sees an in-app banner and a one-click upgrade to the next band. Adding a vehicle while at the limit is blocked until you upgrade or archive an old vehicle.

Are taxes and VAT included?+

Prices shown are net. Stripe collects local VAT at checkout based on your billing country. EU business customers can supply a VAT ID for reverse-charge invoicing.

Can I cancel any time?+

Yes. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal in one click. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and your data is retained for 90 days afterwards.

I already have a subscription — does the new pricing affect me?+

No. Existing customers keep paying the price they signed up at until they explicitly switch plan or cadence. New pricing only applies to new signups and to upgrades you initiate yourself.
