Getting Started

How do I sign in to Fleet by Elevera?

Your organization admin will create an account for you and send login credentials to your email. Go to fleetelevera.com/auth/login or open the Fleet Go app and sign in with those credentials.

How do I download the Fleet Go mobile app?

Fleet Go is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Search for "Fleet Go" or ask your dispatcher for a direct download link.

What roles are available in the platform?

Fleet by Elevera supports four roles: Owner (full organization access), Dispatcher (fleet operations), Driver (shift and incident reporting), and Admin (system configuration). Your role is assigned by your organization.

Incidents & Reporting

How do I report a vehicle incident?

Open the Fleet Go app, tap "Report Incident", select the vehicle, add photos of the damage, fill in the details, and submit. Your dispatcher will be notified immediately.

Can I edit an incident after submitting it?

Drivers can add photos and notes to an incident after submission. Status changes and resolution details are managed by dispatchers and owners.

How do vehicle inspections work?

Before and after each shift, drivers complete photo inspections through the Fleet Go app. These photos are time-stamped and tied to the vehicle and shift record.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

How do I update my profile or contact information?

Contact your organization admin or dispatcher to update your account details. Owners and admins can manage user profiles from the Users section in the dashboard.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS, authentication tokens use secure storage, and our database enforces row-level security so users only see data they're authorized to access. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Maintenance & Vehicles

How do maintenance reminders work?

Owners and dispatchers can set up recurring maintenance schedules for each vehicle. Drivers and dispatchers receive push notifications when maintenance is due.

How do I add a new vehicle to the fleet?

Owners and dispatchers can add vehicles from the Vehicles section in the dashboard. You'll need the vehicle's make, model, year, VIN, and license plate.
